The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be completely closing the Davisburg Road bridge over I-75 beginning Monday, June 5 for repairs. The closure is anticipated to last until early August.

The posted detour route for through traffic is Dixie Highway north to East Holly Road, west to South Broad St./Milford Road, south to Davisburg Road.

The Holcomb Road bridge over I-75 between Reese Road and Bluegrass Drive in Independence Township will be closed for repairs beginning May 22 until late July. The posted detour route is southbound Dixie Highway.

In conjunction with these MDOT projects, traffic on I-75 in both directions will be reduced to two lanes between Belford Rd in Groveland Township and M-15 (Ortonville Road) in Independence Township. The lane closures are anticipated to continue until early August.
